Property Management

• Property Management i.e. be the contact person who will available to the security companies i.e. ADT in the case of them needing access to your property
• Should you require any minor repair work to be done at home in your absence i.e. electrical or plumbing – we will be at the property for the duration of the time till the workmen have completed and ensure the property is locked up and the alarm have been reset
• Check in on your property at least once a week to ensure all is well and keep you - the owner, informed either via email or telephone of anything of importance. I will serve as the ‘caretaker’ of your property in your absence
• Should you wish to rent out your property in your absence – we will do all the co-ordination - from the tenants date of arrival up till their date of departure
• Arrange to have your carpets and upholstery cleaned in your absence
• Ensure your Municipal Accounts are taken care of and up to date
